EmpowerBiz Connect, is part of the the Africa Pastoralists Empowerment Organization (APEO), a local NGO in Garissa County. It will play a catalytic that supports the youth develop bankable SMEs, provide a platform for mutual learning and for developing joint ventures, provide technical and business development skills, link them to sources of sustainable financing, and foster opportunties for inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development growth.
